The Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters Play of the Game from the Griffith vs. Northwestern Regional semi-final was a pair of runs scored by Northwestern early in the game.

In the first inning, the Tigers plated a pair of runs to take an early 2-0 lead over Griffith – a lead they would not surrender.
