OFFENSE

Shane Russell, Westside– The speedy running back ran up and down the field gaining 218 yards rushing and finding the end zone 3 times.

Derek Hitt of Griffith

Derek Hitt, Griffith- The Panthers QB did it through the air and on the ground rushing for 180 yards and 2 TDs, while throwing for 83 yards and 2 scores.

Brock Vale of Whiting

Brock Vale, Whiting– The top receiver in the area added to his already impressive stats, catching 4 passes for 120 yards and 3 scores, he also had a kickoff return and interception return, both for touchdowns, finding the end zone a total of 5 times.

Dolapo Macarthy of Merrillville

Dolapo Macarthy, Merrillville– This dynamic QB made plays all night for Merrillville, throwing for 174 yards and 2 TDs, he also rushed for 113 yards and a score.

Johnny Kennedy of Andrean

John Kennedy, Andrean– This sure handed WR made a home in the end zone Friday night catching 3 touchdown passes and had 94 yards receiving.

 

DEFENSE

Steve Meeker, Lake Central– This senior DB was all over the field for the Indians, intercepting 2 passes and recovering a Michigan City fumble.

Evan Parana, Chesterton– The Trojans junior DB did it all Friday night, he blocked a punt, recovered a fumble and had a interception all while containing Portage RB Albert Evans.

Luke Palmer, Lowell– Palmer had 10 tackles for the Red Devils, as Lowell held a very good Hobart offense to just 7 points.
