10. Rensselaer Central (3-0; Last Week: #10) Rensselaer stays at the #10 spot in the Tech Credit Union Top 10 following a 28-7 win over North Judson last week, but the Bombers have something bigger on their mind for this Friday – revenge. With only three blemishes on their mark in 2009, Rensselaer gets a chance to make up for one of them as they travel to 2-1 Tipton. Will the Bombers make up for last season and maintain the status quo in the Top 10 or will they fall once again to the Blue Devils and risk dropping out of the poll?
9. Andrean (2-1; Last Week: #9) Everybody wanted to write off the 59ers but we said from the beginning this club was going to be better than people expected. How good they are is still to be determined. This week’s battle on Broadway with the Mustangs should tell us a lot about the current crop of 59ers. And it could help decide who wins the conference.

Last season saw two entirely different games as the teams ran wild in the regular season game before Merrillville ended Portage’s season in a defensive thriller for the Sectional title. Both teams have struggled on offense some this season and the team that gets things figured out will have a good chance of winning this ballgame. READ THE WEEK #4 GAME PREVIEWS! |
